Phil loves music, but he’s not so sure about reading! It’s not until he gets a Beyond Words book for his birthday that Phil begins to think books might be for him after all. When Phil takes his new book into school to show his classmates they love it and decide to join Phil at the book club that runs in their local library.
Phil and his classmates enjoy sharing stories with the other book club members, and soon find that they have lots of other shared interests besides reading books. They start going out together, even to listen to music – they’re all good friends now.
