How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched by our distribution partner. We aim to ship all orders within two working days (excluding weekends).

Please note, delivery to addresses outside the UK can take several weeks.

How can I pay?

Our website uses a safe and secure payment gateway called Stripe. You can pay through our website with any debit or credit card. If you have any problems completing your payment, please email orders@booksbeyondwords.co.uk.

Can I pay via a purchase order?

If you are a bookseller / retailer please email orders@booksbeyondwords.co.uk for our trade discount and shipping rates.

How do I get my digital downloads?

If you are buying eBooks you will be emailed with a link to download your file(s) after completing your purchase. You have 24 hours to download your file(s).

Please email orders@booksbeyondwords.co.uk if your link expires before you have downloaded your file(s), and we can send you another link.

How much does postage cost?

Postage is automatically calculated at checkout for UK orders. Please contact us for overseas rates.
