Our Executive Director, Danny Curtin has been developing and strengthening Beyond Words over the last 5 years and has brought us to a position where we can recruit our first full time Chief Executive.
As Danny moves on, it is our intention to appoint a person who shares our vision of a world where people with learning disabilities are fully included and has the skills and experience to continue Beyond Words' growth both in the UK and internationally and achieve more of its potential. The Chief Executive Officer will assume full responsibility for the day to management of the organisation and its financial viability; oversee its publishing and training activities, develop dynamic sales, marketing and social media programmes and be adept at fundraising. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with sound senior management experience and a high degree of energy, self-motivation and creativity, excellent communication skills and a determination to succeed.
